**Responsibilities**

• Greet customers, answer questions, and provide product information in a friendly and professional manner

• Utilize knowledge of retail products and sales techniques to meet or exceed sales goals

• Maintain a clean and organized store, including the sales floor, stockroom, and customer service areas

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

• Manage inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and conducting inventory counts

• Provide exceptional customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns

• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and sales strategies

• Perform tasks as needed, including cleaning and maintaining store fixtures and equipment

**Skills**

• Proven sales experience, with a focus on retail sales and customer service

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

• Ability to lift and carry merchandise, with a focus on maintaining a safe and clean store environment
