Retail Client Support Representative | Metro Manila

We are looking for a Retail Client Support Representative to provide excellent customer service for a retail account. The successful candidate will handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, assist with product and order concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience through inbound and outbound calls. Applicants must have at least six months of customer service experience and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate.
• At least 6 months of customer service experience.
• C1 English communication proficiency.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Willing to work onsite and follow shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and concerns through inbound and outbound calls.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and other retail-related requests.
• Resolve complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
• Process customer transactions and service requests accurately.
• Maintain accurate customer records and document interactions.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Meet established customer service quality standards and performance targets.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing timely, courteous, and reliable support.
