Retail Construction Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Retail Construction Manager/Non-Fuel Retail (NFR) & Quality Lead

To oversee retail-focused projects, quality management processes, and operational compliance across a portfolio of commercial and retail sites.

The successful candidate will act as the focal point for non-fuel retail initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role also drives quality assurance, compliance, audit readiness, risk management, and continuous improvement across project and operational activities.

Location: Hong Kong & Macau

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead non-fuel retail projects from planning and execution through to completion and close-out.
• Manage project quality systems, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with commercial, procurement, finance, operations, and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Oversee service providers and subcontractors performing field activities across multiple sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to review project progress, quality performance, safety compliance, and contractor activities.
• Monitor project delivery against agreed KPIs, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support quality audits, inspections, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with internal standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Promote quality, safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all assigned activities.
• Support risk identification, mitigation, and performance improvement programs.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, construction management, design management, or related fields.
• Experience managing project quality systems and quality assurance processes.
• Familiarity with retail, commercial, or building environments.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
