Retail Credit Analyst

Job Summary:

To prepare retail banking credit studies and assessments in order to determine the approved credit facility limit, in accordance with the Bank's internal credit policies and the regulations and guidelines of the Central Bank.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Verify loan applications and supporting documents submitted by the back-office units in accordance with the requirements of each product.
2. Review and verify the accuracy of the information recorded in all documents, ensure that all required data is completed, and confirm compliance with established work procedures.
3. Verify the availability of the Central Bank inquiry report and the Egyptian Credit Bureau (I-Score) report, ensure their consistency with the customer's National ID card, and confirm that the customer is not subject to any legal actions and is not listed on any negative lists.
4. Assess customers' creditworthiness and associated risks by reviewing the I-Score report, negative lists, and the Central Bank report.
5. Review field investigation reports (residence and workplace verification) and ensure positive inquiry results.
6. Analyze creditworthiness based on the Debt Burden Ratio, ensuring that both internal and external debt burden ratios do not exceed the limits prescribed by the Central Bank.
7. Prepare credit approval recommendations and determine the approved credit facility limit.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field, or any other suitable university degree.
• Minimum of one year of experience in the banking sector.
