About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Crew Members to join the team at Dunkin' in the NEW NorthWest Shopping Centre in West Auckland. These are full-time positions that will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a welcoming retail environment. As a Retail Crew Member, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. Your contribution will directly impact our business success and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

• Providing friendly, efficient and professional customer service at all times
• Processing transactions accurately and responsibly using point-of-sale systems
• Maintaining the donut display to ensure products are well-presented
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe retail environment throughout your shift
• Assisting customer enquiries with product information and recommendations
• Following company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines
• Contributing to a positive team atmosphere and supporting a culture of excellent service

• Strong customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and systems
• A positive attitude and flexibility in your approach to work
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions
• Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
• Tidy and well-presented individuals with a mature attitude
