Retail Customer Advisor

About the Role

We are looking for confident and approachable people to join our Liverpool team as Retail Customer Advisors.

This is a face-to-face customer engagement and sales role based at retail and promotional venues across Liverpool. You will speak with members of the public, introduce them to the products and services we represent, answer questions and help interested customers through the sign-up process.

No previous sales experience is required. Full training is provided, making the role suitable for people coming from retail, hospitality, customer service or other customer-facing backgrounds.

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with customers face-to-face at retail and promotional venues
• Creating a positive and professional first impression
• Asking questions to understand customers' needs
• Explaining relevant products, services and offers clearly
• Completing customer applications accurately
• Working towards individual and team sales targets
• Developing your communication, customer service and sales skills
• Representing our clients professionally

You don't need previous sales experience. We're more interested in finding people who are:

Experience in retail, hospitality, promotions, customer service or sales can be beneficial but is not essential.
