Retail Customer Sales Associate

We’re looking for an outgoing, motivated Retail Customer Sales Associate to join our San Francisco team! This is a customer-facing retail sales position where you’ll work directly with customers, help them understand available products and services, answer questions, and recommend options based on their individual needs.

What You’ll Do

As a Retail Customer Sales Associate, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and engaging customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Asking questions to understand each customer's needs and preferences
• Educating customers on available products, services, features, and current promotions
• Providing personalized recommendations based on customer needs
• Answering product, service, pricing, and account-related questions
• Assisting customers throughout the sales process
• Completing customer transactions accurately
• Working toward individual and team sales goals
• Following up with customers when appropriate to provide a positive experience
• Maintaining accurate knowledge of current products, services, and promotions
• Keeping the retail area professional, organized, and welcoming
• Working closely with team members and management to provide excellent customer service

Schedule

This is an in-person retail position in the San Francisco area.

Retail operating hours may fall anywhere between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM, and scheduled shifts will vary within those hours.

Weekend availability is preferred. Candidates should have flexibility to work a retail schedule based on business needs.
