Key Responsibilities For An Retail Customer Service Associate:

• As a Retail Customer Service Associate, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face to understand their needs, recommend products, and provide top-tier service.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to understand changes in the market, competitors, and customers to offer tailored solutions that better fit needs
• Represent our client's telecommunications brands with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Learn the ins and outs of the telecommunications and technology industries while developing essential business and leadership skills
• Work independently to manage your schedule, follow up with customers, and track sales progress
• Learn to analyze customer engagements and buying trends with the Retail Customer Service Associate Team to adjust sales strategies

What We’re Looking For In An Retail Customer Service Associate:

• Strong communication skills within a team & experience working directly with customers
• A team-oriented mindset
• Motivation to learn and grow professionally in a fast-paced retail environment
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is helpful but not required
• Ability to create rapport with customers quickly in a retail setting
• At least some college coursework completed
