Retail Demonstration Supervisor

Part-Time Senior Shift Supervisor to lead in-warehouse product demonstrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support demo staff in a customer-facing setting.
• Coordinate product setup and teardown to ensure smooth, safe execution.
• Present samples in a safe, attractive manner while following required standards.
• Coach the team on effective customer engagement and service behaviors.
• Monitor and respond to performance metrics to support sales goals.
• Uphold company and partner standards for compliance, quality, and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills

• Prior retail experience and/or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on, customer-focused approach with a drive for sales and service excellence.
• Ability to ensure safe, organized demo operations and consistent presentation.
