Job Title: Retail Interior Designer

Experience: 2 to 6 Years

​Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Retail Interior Designer with 2 to 6 years of experience to lead and execute space planning, concept design, and rollout for retail outlets, commercial spaces, and select residential projects. The ideal candidate must be highly proficient in AutoCAD and have strong end-to-end execution knowledge from concept to site delivery.

​Key Responsibilities

• ​Design & Space Planning: Develop 2D layouts, elevations, detailed joinery drawings, and store fixtures for retail outlets and commercial spaces.
• ​Technical Drafting: Prepare comprehensive working drawing sets and construction documents using AutoCAD.
• ​Diverse Project Delivery: Manage project deliverables across retail stores, commercial interiors, and residential scopes as required.
• ​Vendor & Site Coordination: Coordinate with project managers, MEP consultants, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless execution on-site.
• ​Material Selection: Source and finalize materials, finishes, lighting, and visual merchandising elements within budget and brand guidelines.

​Requirements & Qualifications

• ​Experience: 2–6 years of proven experience in retail design, commercial interiors, and residential projects.
• ​Technical Proficiency: Advanced expertise in AutoCAD (essential). Working knowledge of SketchUp, 3ds Max/V-Ray, and Photoshop is a strong plus.
• ​Retail Knowledge: Deep understanding of customer flow, visual merchandising, millwork/fixture detailing, and MEP coordination.
• ​Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• ​Communication: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with clients and on-site teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
