Role: Retail Development Manager (RDM)

Location: Lagos State | Work Mode: Hybrid

The Retail Development Manager will drive retail sales growth by recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and managing Financial Advisors. Responsibilities include developing sales strategies, generating business opportunities, achieving targets, monitoring team performance, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong recruitment, leadership, training, and team management skills.

• Sales, marketing, and business development experience.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

• Ability to set targets, monitor performance, and drive results.

• Knowledge of insurance or financial services is an advantage.

• Relevant degree or HND is desirable.

Preferred Locations

Applicants must reside in Lagos State, preferably in or around Surulere, Yaba, Ojota, Ogudu, Festac, Amuwo-Odofin, Alimosho, Anthony, or Ilupeju.
