Role Description The Retail Display Installer role is a part-time, on-site position based in Anchorage, AK. In this role, the installer is responsible for setting up, updating, and maintaining branded retail displays, fixtures, and signage according to client and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include reading and following planograms and installation instructions, assembling and installing fixtures, ensuring product is correctly merchandised, and documenting completed work through photos and reporting tools. The role also involves communicating with store personnel and field leadership, troubleshooting display issues, and keeping work areas safe, organized, and compliant with store policies. This position requires reliable attendance, consistent execution of assignments across designated retail locations, and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and follow planograms, diagrams, and written installation instructions for retail merchandising and display setup.
• Hands-on skills in basic fixture assembly, use of common hand tools, and safe handling of materials for in-store installations.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to complete multiple assignments accurately and on time.
• Clear communication skills for interacting with store staff, field managers, and clients, including timely reporting and photo documentation.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned retail locations in Anchorage, AK and the ability to work a flexible part-time schedule.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift displays or products as required, in line with standard retail installation duties.
• Prior experience in retail, merchandising, or installation is preferred but not required; on-the-job training may be provided.
• Comfort using mobile devices or apps for task management, time reporting, and completion documentation.
