Role/Responsibilities

Job Summary:

Serve as the retail business domain expert for data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation initiatives. Drive alignment between merchandising, stores, e-commerce, supply chain, marketing, and data teams to unlock business value through data-driven decision-making.

16. Define critical business KPIs and measurement frameworks

18. Partner with analytics teams to build actionable dashboards and reporting solutions
19. Support customer segmentation and personalization initiatives
20. Omnichannel and customer analytics
21. Define metrics across:

23. Mobile applications
24. E-commerce platforms
25. Marketplaces
26. Loyalty programs
27. Drive a unified customer view across channels
28. Support customer journey and conversion funnel analysis
29. Supply chain and inventory analytics
30. Define reporting and analytics requirements for:

36. Support initiatives to reduce stock-outs, overstocks, and working capital

Pay Range Minimum: $145, 000/Annum

Pay Range Maximum: $275,000/Annum

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
