Retail Executive

About the role

Join Durocom Battery HQ as a Retail Executive and take charge of our growing retail operations across Malaysia. You will oversee and manage multiple retail branches, driving sales performance and ensuring operational excellence across all locations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage up to 5 retail branches across Malaysia
• Monitor branch sales performance and achieve sales targets
• Manage stock take, inventory accuracy and stock movement
• Communicate and coordinate effectively with branch teams
• Ensure branches follow company SOPs, policies and operational standards
• Monitor daily store operations, merchandising and store conditions
• Identify operational issues and work with branches to resolve them
• Support and motivate branch teams to improve sales performance
• Prepare regular reports on sales, stock and branch performance

About you

• 2 - 3 years of relevant retail operations / automotive experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Able to manage multiple branches and teams
• Good understanding of sales, stock management and store operations
• Proactive, organised and results-driven
• Willing to travel between branches across Malaysia
• Automotive / battery / automotive retail experience is an added advantage
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written). Working knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous for vendor communication.
