Retail Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery.
• Explain product details, designs, pricing, offers, and other relevant information.
• Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain proper display and presentation of jewellery products.
• Assist in achieving daily and monthly sales targets.
• Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle billing and other showroom-related activities as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline at the showroom.
• Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth showroom operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures related to sales and customer handling.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales.
• Experience in a jewellery showroom will be an added advantage.
• Candidates from premium retail, clothing, ethnic wear, luxury retail, or similar industries may also apply.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Presentable, polite, and well-groomed.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good sales and convincing skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
