Job Description: Retail Executive – Jewellery Showroom

Job Summary

We are looking for a presentable, customer-oriented, and enthusiastic Retail Executive for our jewellery showroom. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer handling, and showroom operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome customers visiting the showroom.
• Understand customer requirements and assist them in selecting suitable jewellery products.
• Explain product features, pricing, and other relevant details to customers.
• Maintain excellent customer service and build strong customer relationships.
• Handle customer queries professionally and politely.
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, product displays, and visual merchandising.
• Assist with stock management and inventory records.
• Support daily sales activities and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Ensure a pleasant and professional customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, fashion, clothing, or lifestyle retail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer-handling and convincing skills.
• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
• Honest, punctual, responsible, and eager to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
