Retail Experience Executive/Ambassadors

Candidates with experiences will be considered for a lead position (Retail Experience Executive)

The Retail Experience Ambassadors is responsible for maintaining & merchandising standards at select third party locations. The Retail Experience Ambassadors will be responsible for visiting the assigned list of store locations to perform merchandising duties outlined below.

The The Retail Experience will also report on the pre- and post-merchandising status by store location as outlined below.

• Merchandising on display product
• Check Google devices to ensure they are fully functional and charging, Running the latest OS & Update any OS device that requires updating.
• Clean devices using authorized materials and procedures (Ensure fixtures and products are in clean and tip-top condition at all times and report through the proper channel accordingly)
• Check fixture for wear & tear
• Report condition of fixture
• Report any dead or missing devices
• Brand Advocate will be responsible for real-time reporting of merchandising activities
• Provide technical support to team when troubleshooting displays in store
• Other tasks as assigned by supervisor/immediate manager

Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma holder and above, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of working experience with recognized brands. Experience in retail strategy, merchandising or related fields may be an added advantage.

• Strong time management skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Strong process planning skills
• Valid driver’s license and access to vehicle
• Independent and self-motivated
