Responsibilities:

• Implement thematic campaigns and segment-targeted promotions, including marketing material development, member communications, and coordination with tenants, internal stakeholders, and agencies
• Assist in the operation and monitor the usage, service, and performance of Premium Membership and Personal Shopper Services
• Coordinate with research agencies to conduct market research and customer surveys, and analyse customer insights to support business planning and customer experience enhancement
• Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives related to the development of HKairport Rewards and customer experience enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, or related disciplines
• 1 year of working experience in marketing/ CRM management
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills
• Strong initiative and follow-through, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a fast-paced and ever-changing marketing environment
• Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
• Excellent command of written English and Chinese
