Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Trainer to drive learning, development, and operational excellence across retail store network. In this role, you will design and facilitate interactive training programs, drive digital learning engagement, and partner with store leadership to ensure field execution directly translates into elevated customer experiences and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Training Facilitation & Delivery

• Lead live virtual classrooms, interactive webinars, and targeted in-store training modules for field staff.
• Upskill retail teams on product knowledge, selling techniques, customer service standards, and brand stories.
• Evaluate session effectiveness through learner feedback, knowledge checks, and post-training performance metrics.

2. Digital Learning & LMS Management

• Drive adoption and engagement across the company’s digital learning platform
• Track, analyze, and report completion rates, quiz scores, and learning milestones to regional leadership.
• Leverage digital tools to create continuous, micro-learning touchpoints for fast-paced retail environments.

3. In-Store Embedding & Field Support

• Establish and nurture a network of Store Training programme to ensure training concepts are sustained on the boutique floor.
• Conduct store visits and follow-ups to coach staff, observe real-time behaviors, and reinforce core learning objectives.
• Provide constructive feedback to store managers on individual and team skill gaps.

4. Curriculum Development & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Design and update engaging training content, facilitator guides, visual slide decks, and quick-reference job aids tailored to brand standards.
• Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and HR teams to align training initiatives with seasonal product launches and corporate strategy.

5. Strategic Retail Projects

• Manage end-to-end execution of key retail initiatives, including new hire onboarding programs, specialized brand expert tracks, and sales competitions.
• Coordinate logistics, timeline tracking, and communication materials for all regional training initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• 3 to 5 years of retail frontline training experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of developing functional training materials, facilitator guides, and e-learning resources from scratch.
• Fluent in both English and Chinese (Mandarin & Cantonese)
