Supporting Customers on the Sales Floor

We’re looking for a Retail Floor Associate to help customers find products, maintain an organized sales floor, and make sure merchandise is available and presented correctly.

You’ll spend most of your day working directly on the sales floor, assisting customers and supporting the team with product, display, and replenishment tasks.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Assist customers with finding products and answering basic questions
• Check product availability and provide information on suitable options
• Replenish merchandise and keep shelves fully stocked
• Organize displays and maintain product presentation
• Check pricing, labels, and product information
• Assist with new or updated merchandise displays
• Monitor low-stock and missing products
• Help receive and organize incoming merchandise
• Keep the sales floor and customer areas neat and organized
• Support customers with basic service-related questions
• Follow store procedures for merchandise handling and customer service
• Work with other team members to complete daily retail tasks

What’s Important

Previous retail, customer service, sales, hospitality, or stock experience is helpful

You should be comfortable approaching and speaking with customers, working on your feet, and moving between different tasks during the day.

Training will be provided on products, systems, and company procedures.
