Retail Head

We are a growing player in the petroleum industry seeking a results-driven Retail Head to lead and oversee the daily operations of our network of retail gas stations. In this role, you will hold end-to-end accountability for station performance—driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, managing key account relationships, and maintaining high site standards across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Supervise day-to-day station operations across all locations to ensure safety, efficiency, customer service standards, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Sales & Financial Projections: Prepare sales forecasts, inventory projections, and annual budgets. Analyze station metrics to optimize profitability and cost control.
• B2B Marketing & Purchase Order (P.O.) Negotiation: Actively target, negotiate, and secure corporate and fleet Purchase Order (P.O.) accounts to boost fuel volume and non-fuel sales.
• Site Maintenance & Asset Protection: Oversee preventative maintenance schedules, handle emergency repairs, and maintain equipment (pumps, ATG, canopy, store facilities) in top condition.
• Inventory & Shrinkage Control: Monitor fuel deliveries, reconcile stock balances, and enforce strict controls to prevent loss, contamination, or audit discrepancies.
• Team Leadership: Lead, train, and evaluate station supervisors and site staff to foster a high-performance, customer-focused culture.
• Management Reporting: Execute other strategic projects and operational duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory or managerial experience in petroleum retail, fuel distribution, convenience store chains, or multi-unit retail operations.
• Commercial Acumen: Strong background in B2B sales negotiation, inventory forecasting, and financial projections.
• Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of gas station maintenance, fuel handling equipment, safety standards (HSE), and inventory management systems.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage field staff across multiple geographic locations.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
