Retail HRBP Manager

• As a member of the HR partner of Mainland China Retail expansion.
• Partner with internal team to forecast HC growth, identify capability gaps, and mitigate people-related risks associated with expansion and scaled-up phases. Employee Lifecycle Management
• Drive superior employee experience to store management team on a day-to-day including onboarding, job changes, relocations, promotions, and exits in partnership with Retail Management team and HRBP.
• Manage execution of cyclical HR programs (e.g., engagement surveys, year-end processes) Talent & Organizational Development
• Drive talent review and succession planning activities cross Mainland China.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for the Mainland China business, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire high-quality talent across key functions. Employee Relations & Support
• Provide guidance on policy interpretation, employee relations issues, and conflict resolution.
• Conduct investigations and recommend solutions for employee concerns in compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Partner with Employee Relations team for escalated issues.
