- Membangun dan menjaga hubungan baik dengan toko retail untuk mendorong peningkatan penjualan (sell-out) produk dan layanan.
- Melakukan kunjungan serta pemetaan toko-toko prioritas berdasarkan potensi pasar (TAM).
- Melakukan riset kompetisi di retail untuk mengidentifikasi tren pelanggan, aktivitas kompetitor, dan aktivitas mitra.
- Memastikan implementasi program trade marketing berjalan efektif guna meningkatkan visibilitas merek HP di toko serta mengusulkan strategi branding di dalam toko.
- Mengidentifikasi dan mengembangkan media promosi (POSM) yang efektif untuk mengomunikasikan produk dan program promosi kepada pelanggan.
