Responsibilities

• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management systems
• Implement planograms to ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards
• Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom storage areas
• Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and stock movement
• Support store management with merchandising projects, including remodeling and interior design updates
• Use mobile devices and POS systems for pricing updates, sales transactions, and inventory tracking
• Train new team members on inventory procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations

Qualifications

• Previous retail store experience or familiarity with inventory control practices
• Supervising or leadership experience preferred for team coordination roles
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks is a plus
• Multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective client communication in diverse communities
• Knowledge of schematics, planogram implementation, and visual merchandising techniques
• Ability to operate standard passenger cars and ladder use safely in store environments
• Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively
• Physical ability to perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and stand for extended periods

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 36.0 per week
