Retail Inventory Associate Manager

About the role

The CDM & Inventory role ensures that system data are accurate and updated, manages and reconciles data effectively, understands database concepts and cooperates with relevant departments for final outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor SAP document on stock movements for both direct and consignment stocks at warehouses and stores, solve any error immediately
• Create master merchandise data in a correct and timely manner
• Perform posting transaction related to internal consumption of commercial items as per MD Team's request
• Regular checking and monitoring on Goods in Transit (GIT) status in SAP, ensure no long outstanding GIT
• Perform manual Good Receiving in SAP (as necessary)
• Communicate with Store team for document and filling as per company policy and Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS) requirement
• Coordinate and perform full process on monthly stock-take including support physical inventory (PI), process data in SAP, reconcile PI result and final report
• Control inventory monthly closing and perform ad hoc tasks as per management request

About you

• Bachelor degree in Accounting or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in related function

• Good practice in Microsoft Excel, experience in SAP is a plus

• Ability to work under pressure, overtime and flexible

• Thorough and well-organized, manage timeline

• Able & willing to travel within Philippines
