Retail Inventory Specialist

We're looking for a detail-oriented Retail Inventory Specialist to support day-to-day stock management across our company-owned stores and franchise network. You'll work closely with the Inventory Manager to keep inventory accurate, prevent stockouts on best-selling items, and help move slow-moving stock through bundling and allocation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels across company-owned stores and franchise locations using our internal inventory tracking system
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies between system and physical stock
• Flag low-stock and overstock situations, especially for best-selling products
• Support reorder point calculations and replenishment scheduling
• Coordinate stock transfers between stores/warehouse to prevent stockouts
• Assist in tagging and tracking slow-moving inventory for liquidation via bundling, gift-with-purchase promos, or franchise offload
• Maintain accurate records in the inventory system and prepare regular stock status reports
• Support franchise partners with inventory-related queries and stock allocation

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in retail inventory, warehousing, or supply chain (jewelry/fashion/FMCG retail a plus)
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets); experience with inventory or POS systems a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to work on-site and travel to store locations as needed
• Team player who can coordinate across store managers, franchisees, and the retail ops team

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
