Duties

• Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately
• Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS system management, and customer service excellence
• Oversee inventory management, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and stock control to optimize product availability
• Conduct employee orientation, training & development sessions to enhance team skills and product knowledge
• Manage scheduling, shift management, and payroll processing to ensure operational efficiency
• Implement merchandising strategies and pricing adjustments aligned with company standards
• Uphold health and safety standards while maintaining a clean, organized store environment

Qualifications

• Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry sales team management experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills with demonstrated team management and managerial communication abilities
• Excellent organizational skills with proficiency in inventory control, bookkeeping, and basic math
• Skilled in POS systems, cashiering, and cash handling procedures
• Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on communication and phone etiquette
• Ability to perform under pressure with effective time management and multitasking capabilities
• Knowledge of retail math, pricing strategies, sales management, operational management, and merchandising techniques is essential

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
