Retail Leasing, Senior Executive

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy and rental income.

Source, identify, and secure prospective tenants, including retail brands, F&B operators, and commercial businesses.

Manage the full leasing process, from prospecting and conducting site viewings to negotiation and execution of tenancy agreements.

Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, property agents, and business partners.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify leasing trends and opportunities.

Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other commercial conditions in line with the development's leasing objectives.

Monitor lease expiries and follow up on tenancy renewals.

Work closely with the property management, marketing, and operations teams to support the development's overall performance.

Maintain accurate leasing records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Real Estate, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Prior experience in retail, commercial, or mixed-development leasing will be an advantage.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Commercially minded, proactive, and results-driven.
