Retail Management Trainee

Starting at $40,000–$50,000 annually + performance-based earning potential

As a Retail Management Trainee, you’ll learn the key aspects of running a successful retail business, including sales, customer service, team leadership, operations, and business performance. You’ll work alongside experienced leaders while taking on increasing responsibility as you develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Learn and support day-to-day retail store operations
• Assist with sales and business performance goals
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong customer relationships
• Learn how to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members
• Support staffing, scheduling, and operational activities
• Monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement
• Help create a positive, productive, and customer-focused team environment
• Take initiative and learn how to make effective business decisions
• Lead by example and support team members in achieving their goals
• Take on additional leadership responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for individuals who are motivated to learn, take ownership, and build a long-term career in retail management.

• 2+ years of management experience OR 2+ years of college
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic and sense of accountability
• Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities
• Confidence taking initiative and making decisions
• Results-oriented mindset
• Ability to motivate and work effectively with a team
• Desire to grow into increased leadership responsibilities

Compensation: Starting at $40,000–$50,000 annually + performance-based earning potential
