In your new role as Restaurant/Retail Manager, you will be responsible for bringing our value of “Guest Obsessed” to life, delivering outstanding quality and service to our guests every day. • Creating a high-performance culture in your restaurant, from financial profitability (P&L), to people, to guest satisfaction.

• Supporting our Work Safe, Home Safe strategy, by curating a safe working environment for your team and restaurant.
• Building the Hungry Jack’s brand via effective business planning.

We’re looking for someone who has:

• Retail or hospitality experience.

• High level of energy and a sense of urgency.
• A passion for training, coaching and mentoring team members to success.
• Full time availability and flexibility to work a mix of days, nights and weekends to support our restaurant operations.

Salary range $77,000 – $85,000 per year + super
