About the Opportunity

We're partnering on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Retail Manager to lead retail operations for a seasonal pop-up experience at Disney Springs, created through the collaboration of two well-known entertainment brands.

This role is ideal for a retail leader who enjoys fast-paced environments, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. You'll oversee all aspects of store operations, including team leadership, merchandising, inventory, sales performance, and operational execution throughout the duration of the pop-up.

What You'll Do

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the seasonal retail location at Disney Springs.
• Monitor sales performance, labor metrics, inventory, and other key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Interview, coach, train, and lead retail managers and frontline associates while fostering a positive, guest-focused culture.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards are consistently delivered through coaching and performance management.
• Oversee merchandising execution, visual presentation, promotional displays, and product placement to support sales and maintain brand standards.
• Manage inventory levels, replenishment, shrink prevention, and loss prevention efforts across the retail location and three off-site storage units.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, cash handling procedures, safety standards, and operational guidelines.
• Evaluate retail technology, POS systems, and operational processes to improve efficiency and enhance the guest shopping experience.
• Partner closely with the Project Director of Operations and maintain flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed throughout the assignment.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 7+ years of progressive retail management experience, including leadership within high-volume, flagship, or multi-unit retail environments.
• Experience within entertainment, hospitality, attractions, tourism, sports, or other guest-focused industries is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, workforce planning, and financial performance.
• Comfortable using sales metrics, KPIs, and reporting tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with retail POS systems, inventory management software, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
