Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of Priyo Bazaar, ensuring efficient performance and achievement of commercial objectives.
• Develop and implement operational plans aligned with the company’s commercial objectives.
• Oversee stock management to maintain appropriate availability of meat, poultry, seafood, fresh produce, groceries and other products.
• Ensure chilled, frozen, meat, poultry and seafood products are properly received, stored, displayed and rotated.
• Allocate duties, organise staff rotas and maintain adequate staffing levels during busy trading periods.
• Maintain high customer service standards and ensure enquiries and complaints are handled promptly and professionally.
• Monitor cash-handling and till procedures, ensuring appropriate controls are consistently followed.

Experience

• Proven management or supervisory experience in retail or a related environment.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams toward common goals.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising, inventory control, and administrative procedures.
• Experience in supervising staff, managing schedules, and overseeing daily store activities.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of store operations.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude.
