Responsibilities -

Building/maintaining relationships with all top retail chains

travel hubs, pop up exhibitions with the focus being India only

Ensuring brand activations related to below the line marketing

Business planning, accounts onboarding etc in bags and luggage category

Negotiation and execution of TAT with retail chains

Managing category growth strategy and ensuring channel and category profitability

Handling Sales to Modern trade retail accounts

Handling Trade Activation for Modern Trade Accounts for Merchandising Activities like new launches, Visibility, and Promotions conducted at the account level

Manage complex business requirements with a few SKUs, in POS across the geography

He should also, be aware of potential setbacks to the plan and develop contingency to overcome them

Cross-functional working with marketing team, and Supply chain team

Responsible for competition mapping, ensuring the identified opportunity's success, and escalating issues as needed

Somebody who's from a fashion and accessories background and have experience in modern trade channel sales will be preferred
