Retail Manager

We are looking for a Permanent, Full-Time Retail Manager to joinour Departures store based at Auckland International Airport.

What you’ll do:

The Retail Manager for Estee Lauder is responsible for supporting the Store Manager with day-to-day management and overall effective performance of the brands of responsibility within the Estee Lauder portfolio. You will also be directly involved with Estee Lauder regarding reporting and the representation of the brand itself. 

You will be working together with the team to motivate sales, implement both Estee Lauder and Lagardere Travel Retail NZ initiatives and ensure maximum productivity, profitability and compliance within all policies and procedures.  

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous management skills and experience in a retail environment
• Demonstrated expedrience in a beauty retail role
• A strong customer service focus and the ability to use their initiative
• Effective communication and the ability to influence
• Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft applications including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Demonstrated visual merchandising skills
• A high degree of emotional intelligence and multi-cultural sensitivity
• Multilingual language skills would be an advantage

As we are a 24/7 business, the abiliity to work a rotating roster and public holidays is essential for this role.
