Your Role
- Manage daily operations across multiple outlets.
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPIs.
- Lead, coach and motivate retail teams.
- Monitor outlet performance and implement improvements.
- Maintain high service and operational standards.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant retail management experience.
- Experience managing multiple outlets preferred.
- Strong leadership and sales skills.
- Results-driven with good communication skills.
- Willing to travel between outlets when required.
- Able to work 6 days a week including PH.
