Retail Manager

Our client is a leading food manufacturing company specializing in premium food and confectionery products. To support continued business growth, the company is seeking a Retail Manager to lead and develop its retail business. The role will be responsible for overseeing multi-store retail operations, driving sales and revenue growth, maintaining high standards of customer experience and visual merchandising, developing retail teams, and ensuring consistent brand execution across all locations. The Retail Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, improve operational performance, and deliver sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily retail operations across multiple stores
• Drive sales, revenue, and profitability through effective retail strategies and promotions
• Set sales targets and monitor store performance to identify improvement opportunities
• Ensure consistent customer service, visual merchandising, and store standards
• Lead, coach, and develop store managers and retail teams
• Manage inventory and product availability with Production and Supply Chain teams
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and brand initiatives
• Monitor market trends and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
• Report on sales and business performance to senior management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields
• 5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in premium, lifestyle, F&B, or specialty retail
• Experience managing multi-store operations and retail teams
• Strong sales, commercial, and customer service mindset
• Good understanding of visual merchandising and retail operations
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
