What they need
- Monitor daily operations of all gasoline stations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Evaluate station performance in terms of sales, customer service, inventory management, and compliance.
- Ensure that all stations maintain high levels of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular station visits to ensure that Station Supervisors comply with operational standards.
- Oversee that the stations do not have critical shortages or run- out products
- Work closely with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products
- Develop and implement localized strategies to increase volume per station.
Qualifications
- With at least Five (5) years of experience in handling gasoline stations
- Can drive four wheels
- With extensive experience in sales and marketing
