Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and profitability targets.
• Lead, coach and manage retail sales staff and promoters.
• Monitor daily store operations, manpower planning and staff performance.
• Ensure excellent customer service and smooth store operations.
• Manage inventory levels, merchandising standards and promotional activities.
• Handle customer escalations and operational matters promptly.
• Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve targets.
