You will be a solid communicator, a natural leader who is accountable and able to create a strong, quality team, ideally with experience in a Priceline Pharmacy!

Your confidence has been developed through several years in a Community Retail Pharmacy setting, preferrably in a Priceline Pharmacy! You adapt well to your surroundings and thrive on customer engagementand satisfaction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Inspire, manage, and lead the store team to deliver outstanding customer service for every customer, every time
• Lead by example and demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the business needs
• Make our customers fall in love with our products through your flair for visual merchandising and creating an inviting product focused environment
• Demonstrate passion for exciting marketing campaigns and a commitment to growing our customer loyalty program
• Provide your team with support and guidance in the areas of training and development in the pursuit for continuous improvement
• Manage and ensure the store meets and exceeds Quality Care standards
• Manage rosters and process time sheets for all store employees

Our ideal candidate will possess the following:

• Relevant management & sales experience in Community Pharmacy
• S2/S3 Certificate - Essential
• Certificate III or IV in Community Pharmacy preferred but not essential (however successful candidate MUST be prepared to complete this qualification within a set time period)
• A proven history of providing excellent customer service with a high level of integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products
• Flawless communication skills are imperative for success
• Understanding of Quality Care Pharmacy Program
• Motivation of self and ability to guide and lead others
