What they need
Key Responsibilities:
Store Visits & Operations: Regularly visit all bakery outlets to ensure smooth daily operations, high hygiene standards, and attractive product displays.
Team Leadership & Support: Work alongside outlet staff, build positive relationships, understand their needs, and motivate them.
Effective Communication: Act as a bridge between management and store teams to ensure clear instructions and seamless execution.
Quality & Customer Service: Maintain top-notch food safety standards, minimize wastage, and ensure excellent customer service across all branches.
Requirements:
Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B), Bakery, or Retail sector is mandatory.
Willingness to work on the floor alongside the shop staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across nearby outlets (Valid driving license required).
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
