Retail Manager

Nepali Haat Bazaar is a vibrant and growing retail destination dedicated to bringing the rich flavors, spices, groceries, clothing, and cultural products of Nepal and South Asia to the local community. With a loyal customer base and a reputation for authenticity and friendly service, we are now looking for a passionate and experienced Retail Manager to lead our team and support the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Determine product mix, stock levels, and service standards tailored to customer demand
• Set pricing and implement purchasing and marketing policies aligned with business goals
• Promote and advertise our products through in-store promotions and local community engagement
• Assist customers, especially from the Nepali and South Asian community, with product information and usage
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and financial transactions
• Oversee store budgeting and financial planning
• Supervise, train, and support staff members
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all store operations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 year of retail management experience or relevant qualifications in business or retail
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Familiarity with Nepali or South Asian grocery, clothing, or cultural items is a strong advantage
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and multicultural environment
• Basic understanding of stock control, budgeting, and point-of-sale systems

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
