ProLocum is currently partnering with a reputable pharmacy group seeking a part-time Retail Manager to join their friendly and close-knit team in Sinnamon Park, Brisbane.

This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong background in community pharmacy who enjoys taking ownership of stock management, supporting daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.

Previous management experience is highly regarded but not essential**.** We're equally interested in hearing from experienced Pharmacy Assistants who have strong stock control knowledge and are looking to progress into a leadership role.

About the Role

Working approximately 30 hours across 4 days per week, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the pharmacy's retail area.

The pharmacy offers some flexibility around working days and hours to accommodate the right candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing stock management, inventory control and ordering.
• Monitoring stock levels, expiry dates and product availability.
• Managing deliveries, stock replenishment and merchandising.
• Supporting the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy's retail area.
• Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with product enquiries.
• Working collaboratively with pharmacists and pharmacy team members.
• Identifying opportunities to improve stock processes and retail efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working in a team environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

• Previous experience working within a community pharmacy environment.
• Strong knowledge and experience in stock management and inventory control.
• A good understanding of pharmacy retail products and operations.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to work independently and take initiative.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take ownership of responsibilities.
• Previous supervisory or retail management experience would be advantageous, but is not essential.
