What We’re Looking For: We need a Retail Manager who thrives in a leadership role and has a passion for firearms. You’ll be working alongside our current Retail Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and help drive the growth of the business. If you have a proven track record in management, enjoy working with a dedicated team, and want to contribute to a growing company, this is the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Collaborate with the existing Retail Manager and team to lead a passionate group of professionals who share your enthusiasm for firearms and customer service.
• Manage daily operations, from overseeing inventory to ensuring excellent customer experiences.
• Maintain a safe, efficient, and fun work environment for both staff and customers.
• Work with the compliance manager to implement new ideas and strategies to grow the business.
• Represent Green Monstah Firearms in the community as a key part of our leadership team.
