In this hands-on position, your primary responsibility will be to stock, organize, rotate, and merchandise bakery products at major grocery stores throughout your assigned territory.

You'll work with nationally recognized bakery brands, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, products are fresh, promotional displays are attractive, and our retail partners receive excellent service.

This is an active, independent position ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, staying organized, and taking pride in how products look on store shelves.

Please Note: This position also includes driving a company-provided delivery truck between retail locations and transporting bakery products. However, the majority of your daily responsibilities will focus on in-store merchandising, stocking, and inventory management.

  • Organize bread, buns, rolls, and other bakery products according to store layouts and merchandising standards.
  • Rotate products using First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to maintain freshness.
  • Check expiration dates and remove expired, stale, or damaged products.
  • Maintain full, clean, organized, and visually appealing shelves.

  • Communicate with store managers and department teams to ensure excellent product presentation.
  • Help maximize product availability and reduce waste through proper inventory rotation.

Route Delivery & Inventory Support

  • Drive a company-provided delivery truck between assigned retail locations.
  • Load, unload, and transport bakery products safely.
  • Bring products from the delivery truck into stores using trays, carts, and other equipment.
  • Complete daily inventory counts and product returns.
  • Maintain a clean and organized delivery vehicle.
  • Use handheld devices to record deliveries, returns, and inventory activity.

Retail Locations You'll Service
