Retail Network Development Manager

Who are we looking for? Are you ready to shape the future of retail networks in Slovakia? Slovnaft, part of MOL Group, is looking for a Retail Network Development Manager who will be responsible for the strategic development and transformation of the Slovak service station network, in close cooperation with MOL Group. In this role, you will define how our network evolves in Slovakia, translate Group-level strategy and best practices into local execution, support investment decisions and help create modern, multi-purpose service stations tailored to changing customer needs.

What will you do?

• Strategy and network master planning for Slovakia- define the vision, strategy and standardized processes for the Slovak retail network, ensuring alignment with MOL Group strategy, standards and future development direction.
• Investment and budget governance- manage CAPEX and maintenance OPEX planning for Slovakia, ensure disciplined budget execution and prepare high-quality investment proposals in cooperation with MOL Group stakeholders.
• Operating model and process excellence- implement the Network Development operating model in Slovakia, adapt relevant MOL Group processes to local market needs and align activities with current and future IT solutions to improve efficiency.
• Customer experience and innovation- drive sustainable growth of the Slovak network through data-driven decisions, innovation and station formats that reflect local customer expectations while leveraging MOL Group know-how.
• Cross-functional and Group cooperation- work closely with local Slovnaft functions, including Offer Management, Marketing, Sales & Operations, and with MOL Group Network Development teams during station construction, reconstruction and format development.
• Team leadership- develop team competencies, provide constructive feedback and foster a customer-focused, performance-oriented culture.

What do we expect?

• University degree in Economics, Engineering or a related field.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a multinational environment and 5–10 years of experience in network development, investment or real estate.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strong business ownership, P&L understanding and the ability to navigate and overcome obstacles.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strategic thinking, financial acumen, analytical capability and the ability to manage complex projects.
• Data-driven and commercially focused approach, with the ability to translate insight into practical business decisions.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of another CEE language is an advantage.
• Driving licence and willingness to travel.

• Annual bonus of up to 15% of the annual base salary in accordance with the applicable bonus scheme

Salary

• from 4500 EUR gross/month. The advertised salary represents the minimum guaranteed base salary for this position. The final offer will be determined individually, based on the candidate’s experience, skills, qualifications and overall fit for the role.
