RETAIL OPERATION ASSISTANT (MANDARIN SPEAKER)

About the role

A proactive and detail-oriented Retail Operations Assistant to support daily store operations. This role provides valuable exposure to retail management and offers clear career progression opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations with retail outlets
• Monitor store opening hours and basic store operations
• Arrange stock replenishment and inter-store transfers
• Monitor product sales and stock movement
• Update promoter schedules and follow up attendance
• Maintain retail reports and documentation
• Assist retail team during events or new store setup

Requirements:

• Min requirement: SPM
• Basic knowledge of Excel
• Responsible and well organized
• Able to communicate effectively with store teams
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking outlets)
• Have own transportation and able to travel outstation
