Job Responsibilities

Team Building

(Cross-functional Collaboration)

• Partner with the internal HR team to oversee end-to-end recruitment, design and implement compensation structures, define store roles and responsibilities, and establish standardized staff management policies.
• Collaborate with the training department to deliver structured programs in product knowledge, sales capabilities, and professional development for store personnel.

(Internal Management)

• Lead the planning and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual store manager meetings; define clear promotion frameworks, career progression pathways, and manage workforce optimization and mobility.
• Proactively assess employee engagement, mindset, and development potential; design and implement incentive schemes and welfare programs to foster a motivated, high-performing sales culture.

Customer Service

• Develop and standardize the end-to-end customer journey, from traffic generation and in-store engagement to purchase conversion and after-sales service excellence.
• Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute in-store activations, brand partnerships, and mall-driven promotional campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales.
• Oversee user operations by ensuring consistent management of store digital platforms (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook, LINE, WhatsApp), while tracking and analyzing key performance data to support business decisions.

Job requirements

• Strong command of English (spoken and written)

• 3–5+ years of retail store management experience, overseeing at least 5 store locations

• Positive, resilient, and emotionally stable personality with strong communication skills

• Proactive, responsible, and results-driven with strong problem-solving ability

• Good analytical thinking, data awareness, and prioritization skills

• Team player with strong cross-functional collaboration and execution skills

• Experience in consumer electronics or photography/imaging industry

• Background in both retail operations and training/development

• Experience in product, sales, or staff training

• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus
