Retail Operation Executive

About the Job

The Retail Operation Executive is important in ensuring retail stores operate smoothly and remain compliant. By enabling timely reporting, good execution of campaigns and strong cross-functional coordination, the role directly improves operational efficiency, staff productivity, and overall sales performance. This role provides administrative and operational support to stores.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations Support

• Assist in monitoring daily store operations and ensuring SOPs are followed

• Support store openings, closures, and operational readiness

• ⁠Help identify operational issues and escalate them to the Operations Manager

• Assist with coordination between HQ and stores

2. Staff & Scheduling Support

• Help with staff scheduling, attendance tracking, and shift coverage coordination

• Assist in onboarding documentation for new retail staff

• Support communication between management and floor staff

3. Inventory & Stock Coordination

• Help monitor stock levels and flag low-stock or overstock situations

• Support monthly stock take and reporting

• Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records (stock receiving process)

4. Reporting & Administrative Tasks

Compile daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

• Assist in tracking sales performance vs target. Share with individual store and BA

5. Customer Experience & Brand Standards

• Assist in ensuring stores maintain CLEF’s brand image and service standards

• Support implementation of service improvements

6. Projects & Ad-hoc Support

• Support operational projects such as new store openings and EXPO

• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Retail Operations Manager

Requirement:

• Diploma or Higher Education level in business

• Able to communicate in Mandarin is a bonus

• 1 year of working experience in related field as Retail Operational. Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
