Retail Operation Executive

About the role

This role involves identifying current and future customer requirements, ensuring merchandise availability, and maintaining store operations. You will oversee customer service standards, manage staff training and development, and prepare sales analyses to support brand management strategy.

• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements
• Ensures availability of merchandise and services by approving contracts; maintaining inventories
• Market merchandise by studying advertising, sales promotion, and display plans; analyzing operating
• Secure merchandise by implementing security systems and measures
• Protect employees and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store
• Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program daily, operational, and personnel policies and procedures
• Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Oversee the implementation of customer service standards in the units, and ensure customer satisfaction and efficient handling of complaints
• Ensure that the training, development and motivation of staff in the stores is implemented as well as coach and mentor store managers to ensure that all staff are encouraged to maximize their capability and contribution
• Prepare sales analyses and reports on operational issues, market trends, competitors and customer to facilitate overall decision-making on brand management strategy – per brand
• Contribute to both store front and back office team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in any related fields
2. 1-2 years experiences in retail operation
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and outgoing
4. Good command of speaking and writing English
5. Good computer skills
6. Positive attitude, good team player, fast Learner and flexibility
7. Experience in luxury retail business is a plus
