We are seeking an experienced Retail Operations Manager to oversee regional retail operations, drive boutique performance, enhance operational efficiency, and uphold exceptional luxury service standards.

This exciting opportunity involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, implementing strategic initiatives, and supporting business growth across SEA.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee regional boutique operations, driving operational excellence, retail efficiency, and commercial performance in alignment with global standards.
• Lead retail projects, including new boutique openings, renovations, relocation's, and closures, ensuring seamless execution across departments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to optimise workforce planning, operational processes, cost management, and regulatory compliance.
• Elevate luxury customer experiences by maintaining exceptional service standards, managing client feedback, and supporting VIP engagements.
• Support regional retail activation's, marketing initiatives, and strategic projects to strengthen boutique performance and drive business growth.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Retail Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience in retail operations, preferably within luxury retail, watches, jewellery, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.
• Proven experience in managing multi-boutique or regional retail operations, driving operational excellence, efficiency, and commercial performance.
• Strong project management skills, with hands-on experience in boutique openings, renovations, relocation's, retail initiatives, and process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments, manage budgets, ensure compliance, and uphold exceptional luxury service standards.
